Office Manager/Guardianship Accounting
Debbie Jacobs is the office manager for Virginia C. Harris, P.A. She’s the first person you meet when you come in the office. She can help you with making appointments, transmitting your tax returns and putting you in touch with the right person to meet your accounting needs.
Debbie is no stranger to accounting having worked with our firm since 1997. In addition to her clerical duties, Debbie is part of our Guardianship Department. Her duties in this area include cash management for seniors or others who need help paying and organizing their monthly bills.
Debbie has lived in South Lakeland all of her adult life. Her father was in the US Air Force, so prior to settling in Florida, she lived all across the United States and England. Out side of work, Debbie is interested in photography. She and her husband plan to travel around the U.S. when they retire photographing the beautiful American Landscapes as full time RVers. She also has the most adorable office assistant, Khaleesi, her Shih Tzu. If you visit the office the remainder of the year after tax season, you will most likely be greeted by this furry little receptionist.
